About Me
My name is Katrina Atkinson
At 51 and navigating perimenopause, I discovered Ashtanga yoga after my first daughter was born, which helped me address postpartum challenges and develop a strong sense of physiological awareness. With over 17 years of yoga practice, certifications in yoga teaching and personal training, and nearly a decade of kettlebell training, I focus on enhancing my physical abilities and embracing aging gracefully. I enjoy collaborating with clients to create personalized training sessions and continually seek knowledge to refine my skills.
